But that’s only a portion of the story. There is a big demand for people who can manage, coordinate and deliver projects in technology — without necessarily writing a single line of code. Project management — especially through modern frameworks like Agile and Scrum — allows people to contribute meaningfully to tech, business, research, or creative projects, even if they don’t have programming skills. For many students and early‑career professionals, this can be a gateway into the tech / business world without the barrier of learning to code.
